Return Policy:
You can return your item within 7 days of receipt.
Brand new, unused items will be issued a refund, excluding shipping and handling costs and a 15% restocking fee.
All shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be obtained from our customer service team.
Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the issuance of the Return Authorization Number.
All returned merchandise must have the original packaging, and all components. Product that is returned incomplete, missing or damaged will not be accepted unless notified and approved in advance.
All defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving.
All items returned as defective will be tested and if found defective, a replacement will be shipped immediately.
Payment Policy:
We expect a payment within 5 days of auction completion.
Failure to do so may result being item re-listed and a possible negative feedback.
We accept PayPal and Money order. If you pay with PayPal please note that we will ship only to PayPal confirmed address (no Exceptions). Payment should be made to:

Shipping Policy:
■ Your item will be shipped within 3 days after we receive your payment.
■ We ship 6 days a week excluding Sundays and holidays.
- Your item/s will be shipped via Express Mail Service (EMS) by our OEM supplier Overseas.
- Normally it takes 5-7 working days for a package to arrive(after we ship it).
- We will provide you with tracking number once your item ships and you will be able to track your package using USPS.com website or your country Postal Service.
- You can expect delivery time to stretch during Christmas season (Month of December).
- All customs charges and fees in your country are your (the customer) responsibility.
- Please keep in mind that we can only guaranty the speed of your item/s delivery to the post office but we have no control once the post master accept the package. During busy seasons delivery times of USPS Post can stretch a little but not always.

» Do you have any warranty on the phone? We offer a 7 day replacement warranty on any phone. If within the first 7 days after delivery something is wrong with the phone you may call customer service and get a return merchandise authorization number to return your item. Once you have the number you must return it within 10 days. Your phone will be checked for defect and if found defective a replacement will be shipped. » How can I track my package?Since our packages are sent from overseas you must use an international tracking website to watch your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the websites to provide the original posting information. *http://www.track-trace.com/post. This website can be used to watch your package for all shipments outside of the United States or until your package has entered the United States. *www.usps.com Once your package has entered the US, you may use the United States Postal Service website to continue the tracking process. *www.ups.com If you requested a upgrade in your shipping to have your phone shipped from our Las Vegas office, then your package was shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) and you may use their website to track you package. » How long does it take for me to receive my package?Once payment had cleared our office your order is sent to the shipping department. We ship within 2-3 business days. Your package is sent EMS (Express Mail Service; a service provided by the postal service) from our overseas shipping department in China. The postal service on average takes an additional 5-7 days for delivery. Total time 7-10 days. » Can I get my item faster than the 7-10 day timeframe?If we have your item available in stock in our Las Vegas office we can upgrade shipping for faster delivery for an additional charge. *That charge varies based on weight of package, location of delivery, and how fast you want the package delivered. (IE:next day, 2 day select, or 3 day select) » Must I be home when my package is delivered?Yes, you must sign for the delivery of your package. If you are not home at the time of delivery the postal service will leave notice that they attempted to deliver your package. You have 5 days to claim your package from your local postal office. If you do not claim the package within the 5 days the postal office will return the package to sender. You may be subject to additional shipping charges if your package is returned and needs to be shipped again.
» Will the phone work with my cell phone provider?If a phone is a Quad Band phone, then the phone will work anywhere in the world as long as your cell phone provider offers a GSM SIM card with your cell phone plan. If the phone is a Tri Band phone you must check the frequencies on the particular phone with your cell phone provider. *USA operates on 850/1900 frequency bands *The rest of the world operates on 900/1800 frequency bands. Especially for phones being shipped into the United States, some phones do NOT have the 850 frequency. If the particular phone does not have 850 frequency and you live in that frequency area the phone will not work. To check your frequency area call your cell phone provider, you must give them your zip code and ask them to check the frequency band of your closest cell phone tower then compare the band(s) given to you with the band frequencies listed on the phone specifications. » What methods of payment do you accept?We accept credit cards (from the USA only) PayPal, Google Checkout, Western Union, bank transfer, and money orders. We do not accept personal check or COD. All methods of payment are subject to a holding period if needed for payment to clear the bank.
» What is your return policy?If you wish to return your phone for whatever reason you may do so within the first 7 days after it has been delivered. You must call customer service to receive a return merchandise authorization number. You must return all parts included in the package in new condition. If not, you may be subject to charge. You must return package within 10 days of recieving RMA number. You must pay to ship package back. I've got mine working after searching a lot for the correct settings so i decided to build a data sheet with this info. It depends on the country you live and the company that gives you the phone service.
It has few entries for now but will grow day by day.
The words in italic and bold are the ones you have to change for the ones in the table depending of the country and company. These words are the sames as the column names.
The lines starting with a * are options on the phone (menus, buttons, icons, etc)
Internet Settings
* Main Menu * Entertainment * Services * Data Account * GPRS - Find one free account (like Account 8, etc) * Edit - Change 'Account Name' and put the value COMPANY (remember, you have to change this for the one on the table) - In 'apn' field put the value APN (again, remember) - Fill the fields username and password with the ones on the table USER and PASSWORD -Click 'Done' and say Yes to Save.
* Main Menu * Entertainment * Services * WAP * Settings * Edit Profile - Find one free account (like Profile 8, etc) * Edit Profile - Rename Profile and put the value COMPANY - In Homepage field put the value HOMEPAGE - In 'Data Account' select GPRS and then the account created before. - Select 'Connection Type', choose HTTP and click OK - Fill in the fields Proxy Address with PROXY and Proxy Port with PORT. Then click OK - Fill the fields username and password with the ones on the table USER and PASSWORD * Go back and Activate Profile
We are ready to navigate. Try it on and then choose homepage or Enter Address.

Then click OK - Fill the fields username and password with the ones on the table USER and PASSWORD * Go back and Activate Profile

2. If not already selected for you then select manufacturer = Latte and then Handset = Boom
3. Chose the first service you wish to configure (Picture messaging)
4. Enter the security code as shown on your screen below the line
5. Enter your T-Mobile phone no.
6. In few Seconds (can be up to a minute) you will receive an SMS message in your phone.
7. Click the install button on the screen
8. You will be asked for a password, which would be the last 4 digits of your phone no.
9. OK, Install or confirm all the install steps until it is done.
10. Repeat steps 3-9 to set up your t-Zone WAP (Internet) service as well.
11. Keep in mind that using T-Mobile Picture Messaging and WAP are not free. If you do not pay T-Mobile for the WAP service it will not work on your phone.
12. Congratulation you have finished setting up your MMS and WAP on you new phone.
» Do you offer and warranty past the 7 days?font size="3">No, however, we work with a company called "Square Trade." They offer warranties on electronics. You build a plan to include the phone and any parts you may want coverage on. You determine length of coverage. All paperwork, payments, and claims go throught them.
