I purchased the Anti Cigarette Kit. I have been trying for years to quite smoking. And I think I found the answer. I am starting off with the Marlboro high nicotine. In the morning the first cigarette is my regular marlboro, then when I get the craveing I use the Electronic cigarette take 2 puff's and the craveing goes away.I smoke 1 pack a day, now on my 2nd day with this elect.cigareette I am down to 1/2 a pack. I notice that I don't crave the nicotine as much by puffing on my Electronic cig.I get more satisfaction also if you go from Elec. cig's to regular cig's to soon you have to put out the reg. cig's because it makes you feel you don't need it. You already filled the craving for the nicotine. I am still learning how long the charge lasts and all the other things like the life of a cartridge.So I am going to write down how long it will saty charged and so on. But if your thinking about quitting or just get that funny feeling deep down inside every time you light up.
